This one is about freeing your mind and thinking for yourself rather than letting the media determine your point of view and have influence over you. I believe we are all influenced to a certain extent but I also believe that people let the media control them too much and are unable to think for themselves. The first verse features subliminal wordplay that mentions the names of NFL teams and compare the media to the ferocious barbarians that the teams are named after. I harmonized with myself on the chorus, even though I felt very Kanye-ish doing so. My ego inflated rapidly.
